Amazing customer service, great communication, very professional. Tom has replaced our mains 80A fuse that was sparking and overheating. He has also addressed a couple of minor issues. And done it all much cheaper than the other quotes we've got. Thank you TB Electrical (Tom)!

The guys came back to do another few jobs for us. Once again they worked hard, professionally and with the attention to detail they had demonstrated earlier. They are very friendly and approachable. I would strongly recommend TB Electrical and Communications. I had the team come back for another job. They did it quickly and without fuss. A great team

We just found our go-to electrician! So professional, reliable and polite. Tom and his team did such a fantastic job. If he couldn't complete something or there was an issue, he thoroughly explained his concern, which we appreciated. He checked in with placement of certain lights, which in the past other electricians have just completed without a second thought. It's that attention to detail that makes such a difference. They installed downlights, bathroom exhaust systems, external lighting, fans (internal & external), left strip lighting in the kitchen and wall sconces. Thanks Tom & team!!

We found Tom and the guys from TB Electrical and Communications professional, friendly, thorough and engaging, providing cost effective solutions to any tricky scenario that came up. The team take time to explain exactly what they are planning to do and update the client on any additional works required. The works that were completed promptly and professionally at a North Gosford residence included a switchboard upgrade, installation of new barge fuse, relocation of tv antenna/data point, smoke alarms installation and replacing inadequate power points. Will be using TB Electrical and Communications again. We highly recommend their services.

Excellent communication since first contacted and they have made sure that I was aware of the jobs requirements, pricing and even the exact time of arrival. I’ve had Aaron from TB Electrical out to my home a few times now and every experience has been fantastic. Aaron is one of the electricians on the team and he’s always professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work. On one visit he also brought an apprentice along, and it was great to see how supportive and professional they were as a team. He replaced my bathroom light and old noisy exhaust fan, and also installed new ceiling fans for me. The work was done to a really high standard and everything runs perfectly. The whole team is reliable, communicates well, and what really stands out is how tidy they are — they always clean up properly before they leave. It’s so refreshing to find a trade you can trust. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Aaron and the team at TB Electrical. Thanks guys ☺️
